FAQ.

What should be considered when using it?

+

When using the product, you will first notice that the engine runs quieter and smoother after just 2 to 4 tank fill-ups, with improved responsiveness. This is evident during cold starts and especially in cold outdoor temperatures during winter.
Fuel consumption is often higher at low outdoor temperatures than in summer and is influenced by additional factors. You may either achieve savings or experience more power.
During the initial 2 to 8 tank fill-ups (cleaning phase), fuel consumption may increase (each vehicle reacts differently depending on its age and the outside temperature).
Be sure to protect the product from sunlight, artificial UV rays, strong electromagnetic fields, and store it below 70°C.

What costs should the user expect?

+

The net additional cost is approximately 3 cents per liter of optimized fuel when using 1L of fuel optimizer for 10,000 liters of fuel. Even with a consumption reduction of less than 3% due to the fuel optimizer, the use is worthwhile, not to mention the positive side effects.

3. What are the biggest advantages?

+

The main advantages of fuel optimization stem from the effects that occur automatically with optimal combustion:
– Reduced loading of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) with soot due to optimized combustion (also applicable to gasoline particulate filters, OPF or GPF).
– Cleaner combustion chamber.
– Faster regeneration of the particulate filter (DPF, OPF) due to fewer particles in raw emissions.
The empirical findings from tests conducted so far cannot be universally and unequivocally generalized for all engine types. Each user observes their own effects in fuel optimization and consumption.

4. Can I use the fuel optimizer for any fuel?

+

Yes. Any fossil fuel purchased in the EU that meets standards is generally well-treatable with good mixing; this includes all types of diesel, gasoline, heating oil, kerosene, and also for combustion engines operating on vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil or palm oil, as well as heavy oil. For heavy oil, the fuel optimizer is dosed into the heated day tank at < 60°C. For vegetable oils, thorough mixing must be ensured. For complex individual applications, please contact us directly.

5. Can the fuel optimizer be used as a fuel additive in the tank?

+

Yes. No additional materials are required. The fuel optimizer is added to the vehicle’s tank before refueling. With good mixing, the dosage (follow-up flushing) can also be done subsequently.

6. Can I simply pour it into the fuel tank?

+

Yes. Measure and pour using a measuring cup or a commonly available reusable syringe.

7. How much fuel optimizer should be added to the tank?

+

Add 1 ml of fuel optimizer per 10 liters of fuel to be filled.

8. How do I use the fuel optimizer?

+

At the beginning of use, gently but thoroughly shake the dosing bottle or container. Add the required amount (e.g., 1 ml per 10 liters of fuel) into the tank or the vertically oriented fuel nozzle for optimal mixing before refueling. It is highly recommended to add the fuel optimizer first, then refuel, as the turbulence during refueling ensures good and quick mixing of the liquids.

9. When does the fuel optimizer take effect after being added to the tank?

+

As a biochemical additive, it mixes with the fuel in the tank more quickly at warmer temperatures of 15-20°C, taking about 2 hours to show initial positive effects. At colder temperatures, around 0°C or below, it takes approximately 6 hours to become effective for the fuel quantity in the tank.

10. What happens if I add too little fuel optimizer relative to the fuel quantity in the tank?

+

The effectiveness of the fuel optimizer’s positive effects is reduced, resulting in little or no benefits.

11. Can I use the fuel optimizer for my oil heating system?

+

Yes, you can add the fuel optimizer to your oil tank in the same ratio as for a fuel tank. For example, 10 ml of fuel optimizer per 100 liters of heating oil. Regular long-term use can increase combustion efficiency, reducing exhaust loss from 7.4% to 3.5%. This results in lower fuel consumption, cleaner burner nozzles, reduced heating and maintenance costs, and an overall more environmentally friendly operation.

12. Can I use the fuel optimizer for boat engines?

+

Yes. As previously mentioned, the same effects are achieved since boat engines are also combustion engines. Follow the application instructions detailed above.

13. What savings or benefits can I expect from using the fuel optimizer?

+

Please refer to the explanation on the main page. Fuel-related excess consumption, if any, can be individually reduced. Fresh fuel from the refinery, a few days old, has identical effects: better combustion, fewer deposits, and improved efficiency.

14. Does the fuel optimizer clean my tank?

+

The biochemical formula reduces the interfacial tension between the fuel and the permissible water content in the fuel, significantly reducing the molecular group size of the particles. These small water particles are safely burned and eliminated. By removing the nutrient medium (water), a cleaning effect has been observed by customers. However, this cannot be universally guaranteed.

15. What happens if I stop adding the fuel optimizer after a few months of use?

+

All fuel-related positive effects mentioned above are immediately reduced. Fuel consumption increases again due to significantly more unburned fuel (soot formation) and its consequences.

16. Does the fuel optimizer extend the shelf life of my fuel?

+

The biochemical fuel additive significantly slows the decomposition process of hydrocarbons in the fuel by 50%. The effects, however, cannot be universally guaranteed. Using the fuel optimizer can positively influence slime and sludge formation, microbiological corrosion, and contamination. This is particularly relevant for boats and RVs where fuel is typically drained at the end of the season. The aim is to prevent older fuels from causing potential damage to the engine, lines, filters, tank, etc. Note: The oxidation stability, acid number, total contamination, and water content of the original compliant fuel cannot be improved. The product contains no biocide. No warranty is given for these individual effects not previously studied in detail.
